How much does it cost in a GMASK Master Franchise Fee? |
| |
The initial or startup cost of GMASK Master Franchise varies from case to case and largely depends on the potential market size of the country and the extent of relevant experience on your part.
Master Franchisees will require a minimum net worth of USD50,000 and liquidity of USD20,000 in order to be considered for such opportunities.
When you are successfully appointed as a GMASK Master Franchisee, you will be given exclusive rights to develop an agreed number of GMASK kiosks over an agreed period in a given territory. You will also be required to own and operate a number of kiosks, with the ability to grant sub-franchises to 3rd parties. |

Is the GMASK Master Franchise Fee a one-time fee or is it on-going? |
| |
The GMASK Master Franchise Fee is based on the agreed minimum number of kiosks to be opened in a given territory within an agreed period. If the GMASK Master Franchisees opt to develop more kiosks in addition to the agreed minimum number of kiosks, an additional fee will be payable on the opening of each additional kiosk. This additional fee will be determined based on the potential market size. |

How much does it cost to establish one GMASK kiosk? |

The average cost to establish a 12sqm kiosk is between USD10,000 to USD18,000 depending on variables such as cost of material availability, labor cost etc. |

Does GMASK grant or appoint Single Unit Franchises? |
| |
GMASK Single Unit Franchises are available in Singapore only. GMASK does not grant Single Unit Franchises beyond Singapore. If you are interested to be granted or appointed Single Unit Franchise beyond Singapore but Master Franchise opportunity is not viable for you, you may consider a sub-franchise opportunity instead. What kind of training will be provided? |
| |
The Director/President of the Master Franchise will be required to complete a minimum 2 weeks comprehensive training program prior to opening the initial outlet. Training can be provided either in Singapore or your country. |

What on-going support will be provided? |
| |
Each Master Franchisee will have an International Business Consultant appointed to be the key point of contact for all queries, operational and marketing support, franchise news updates etc.
There will be a minimum of 1 trip to our local GMASK kiosks and Head Office by our International Business Consultant during the first year of operation. Each GMASK Master Franchisee will have access to each of the different divisions in GMASK Head Office, including Finance, Marketing Communications, Design & Development, Leasing, Operations, Procurement etc. |

Submission of application form
Application form consists of your contact details, your current & past relevant experience etc. Completion of application form is required prior to submission of application.

Processing of application
The franchise manager will take 1 to 3 working days to process your application due to daily influx of applications.

Business Negotiations
The franchise manager will work on the franchise details, such as an agreed number of GMASK kiosks within a given territory and proposed franchise fee.

Letter of Intent
After all negotiations are completed, potential franchisee will be required to place a deposit to express serious intent in the franchise. Once the letter of intent is issued, the franchise manager will plan the training details with you.

| 5. |
Enter into Franchise Agreement
After the franchise agreement is signed, the franchise manager will help in the opening of the first initial outlet, such as kiosk designs & displays etc.
